About Founders Day

Since its establishment in 1926, the Barton School of Business has been challenging its students to exceed expectations. With access to the widest selection of accredited business programs in the state and limitless connections in Kansas’ business hub, students graduate with industry experience to enter fulfilling careers. The Barton School continues to set itself apart through its commitment to applied learning, professional development and field mentorship, and the Shocker Fund helps ensure those opportunities remain possible. Its unrestricted funding provides support to areas of need within the college, including applied learning opportunities, networking and mentorship, and community projects.
