The WSU Fishing Club provides students with opportunities to develop outdoor skills, build community, and represent Wichita State in collegiate bass fishing competitions. The club focuses on education, sportsmanship, and conservation, helping students learn responsible angling practices while gaining hands‑on experience on Kansas waterways. Through team events, travel, and mentorship, the Fishing Club creates an accessible pathway for students to engage in the outdoors and grow as leaders.
