Help Us Keep More Students on the Path to Graduation A key factor in student success is a sense of belonging. Without it, too many students leave before completing their first year. Our plan is simple but powerful: match experienced sophomores and juniors with incoming first-year and transfer students to guide them socially, academically, and emotionally through their critical first months. By intentionally designing this program to meet the needs of both mentees and mentors, we create lasting connections that boost persistence and retention.
