Richard Muma & Rick Case Equality Scholarship/Fellowship

Richard Muma is currently the President at Wichita State University. His spouse, Rick Case, is the retired director for the Farm Service Agency of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. They established this scholarship in 2011 because they feel lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer/questioning students are often overlooked and want to show that group of students that someone notices and cares about them. They want to encourage those students not to hide.
