Wichita State offers study abroad programs for students that can range as short as 1 week to a full year abroad. Through these programs students can gain international experience, learn another language, enhance global skills and more! For many students, it will be their first opportunity to travel outside of the United States. Having a study abroad experience can also make students more marketable and better prepared for their future career, regardless of the area. The number one reason why students do not study abroad is financial. Scholarships play a critical role in making these opportunities more affordable and available to all students.
